Really oddball film that first shows the truly remarkable dropoffs (if it was true) of the average student numbers from junior high school to college. I guess the parents needed the kids to go to work! We then get shots of random workplaces.. Did I see kids in there? And then it tries to focus on a guy who does work in the lines, but gets educated while on the job, gets an idea to make the production lines faster, and lo and behold, gets a promotion! It's still a bit odd of how the film got around to that conclusion.
