The soundtrack to this short film features music by a group called the Airheads (I can't find anything about them) and has an upbeat reggae sound with some Garcia-esque guitar noodling. There's a lot of synthesizer created sound effects (helicopter, gunshots) and the songs themselves feature synth solos. The synth sounds like an ARP (think Edgar Winter "Frankenstein"). ARP and Minimoog synthesizers weren't made until the 1970 and weren't widely available until 1971/1972. ★★★★★ · Made after 1973 · jaysonelliot · 2025-07-27
The topic tag should be updated from 1960s to 1970s. The film depicts a "DEA" helicopter, but the DEA was not created until 1973.

I once knew a guy that looked like the main man here. He grew great cannabis. As another review says more information is needed on this slice of pro-pot media. Where was it filmed? How did this become a movie at all? Where was it shown? Is this Humboldt CA or perhaps Applegate valley OR? 8' tall sativa looking plants, colas the size of a forearm. Likely not super stony either 35%THC levels either. The main character here is like Johnny Hempseed. Marijuana can solve a few problems, light up a J and life melts away.
