Synopsis
Promotional film for meat from Argentina and Uruguay, with an emphasis on the modern design of the slaughterhouses, freezing, and hygiene. The slaughter itself is not depicted, or is only depicted indirectly. There is much attention paid to the inspection of the meat by veterinarians. At various times we see workers, including shots of the rapid assembly line. The film ends with the preparations for transport to Europe by ship.
