In this speech after speech after speech film. 4 people go up to a podium and chat about various issues as distribution of business films in 1968. Somewhaty dull, even to a film junkie like me. Best part is the opening narrator's very pecular glasses. Are they too low? or just funny looking?

Want to relate to the public? Don't produce boring, gabby, black-and-white films of guys wearing suits and standing at a desk with no backdrop. Oh, wait. Some are in front of a drawing of leaves and trumpets on the wall. The introducer (in colour) calls it a "panel discussion." There's no discussion, just the aforementioned guys reading as the camera rolls. Zzzz,
