Synopsis
The wealthy president of a big railroad, who's beginning to crumble under the combined pressure of business, personal and physical problems, meets up with a pair of hoboes from whom he starts to learn how to really enjoy life in ways he never knew were possible.

Great literature this isn't. But the cast are colorful and exuberant enough in their bouts with each other that this becomes an engaging B movie after it gets really started. It's full of inventive jokes, a parade of exchanges among an array of stock and occasionally more-than-stock characters in shades of black and white, bonking each other on the head and chasing each other in speeding cars and trains, that harbors some passing critiques of 1930s society. Fun to watch. A keeper.
