Pretty schmaltzy tale about a small town doctor going head to heaad with the mayor about building a hospital in the small town he practices in. The Mayor's son has the hots for the nurse, and there's another subplot in there as well. It's just ok, predictably average fare.

The small town GP turns out to be a world renown brain surgeon? His office is equipped with x-ray machine, a fully equipped surgery, etc. suitable for a delicate brain surgery? There is a lot of disbelief that needs to be suspended with this syrupy film. The pace of the plot is slow.
