This late 1941 entry has Roy, now a famous radio star going home to help put a dam over the top but theft and other complications need some hard riding and shooting to straighten out along the way. Plenty of good songs too by the Sons Of The Pioneers also featuring Pat Brady and Sally Payne. It's a long chase from start to finish to be sure but it was a crowd pleaser for Roy Rogers fans. Look for a very young Gale Storm as well as Gabby Hayes in the cast of pros as well. Enjoyable. Good picture and sound.
