This very tough, suspenseful Russian made submarine warfare film is entirely in Russian and some German. No sub-titles. It's in Color. All you need is the synoposis to follow the film pretty much. Some may be lost on you but not the action scenes and desperation and claustrophobia aboard that Russian sub. It's in much the same catagory as "Das Boot" and "Run Silent, Run Deep". Yes, some of the going is very slow and talky, but the ending is worth it. War film buffs will like this and Russians too I guess. I liked it. Enjoy.
