Synopsis
When his family is killed by Indians, a bitter cowboy turns into a ruthless hired gunman. Unbeknownst to him, his son had survived the attack, and is now a lawman. The son, not knowing that the killer is his father, is assigned to bring him to justice.

An unusual film about the destruction of a family of homesteaders on the trail - attacked by Indians, the husband Roger Williams (Bill Collins) hangs back to fend them off, while his wife. their boy and his dog rush on ahead. The wife puts her son and his dog in a trunk and pushes them off the covered wagon and then jumps off herself before the wagon plunges off a cliff. The man is saved by Fred Adams (Teague) and his bandit group. He believes his wife and son to be dead and bitter over his loss and in thanks for his rescue joins the outlaw group. Meanwhile the son and dog have escaped and…
