How crippling disease, avoidable accidents, crime, war, old age, alcoholism and poor living conditions waste human lives and their potential. This film grew out of the effort to build a better world out of the devastation of World War II.

a Resource denotes a "Thing" to "Exploit" for "Monetary GAIN" classical Capitalist jargon meaning: "The State Owns You" as the "Slave Trade" called "Slaves Labor" a "Human Resource." You are not able to understand simple things? How should you understand Capitalism? Slave Boy?

While many of the facts and images shown in this excellent film are outdated now, the basic idea behind "WASTAGE OF HUMAN RESOURCE" still holds true today.

If a person has anything wrong with them physically or mentally, or are elderly or get sick due to numerous reasons, or have an accident of some kind, or in jails and prisons they are called “wastage”. It seems that a person has to have a well-rounded regular life and be employed to be accepted back when this film was made. I’m guessing all of this adds true today as well depending on what social class a person might be from or possibly our own government. I don’t see people as being ‘wastage’ no matter if it’s Human Resources or anything else. Strange film to watch though.
