Synopsis

Space hero Captain Video, the leader of a group of crime-fighters known as the Video Rangers. Who battles the evil interplanetary menace, dictator Vultura on the planet Atoma, and his lackey, the traitorous earth scientist Dr. Tobor who are planning to conquer the earth.
