Sorry Reynaldo but this film and this history is never going to go away. Every new generation must learn what was done to these innocent humans. For it to "wear thin" on you says more about you than it does about these films.

(Rating reflects films importance) This significantly disturbing film is an important historical record of not only the brutal and inhuman actions of the Nazis towards classes and races of human beings, but as the film points out, also to Allied military personnel during the crisis of WWII. The conceit and hubris which could drive a whole nation into believing it could perpetrate crimes like this and then would somehow arrive at an end of a worldwide conflict without consequences is the most stunning display of mentally deranged willful ignorance humanity has ever witnessed. 1) This documentary record was ordered by General Eisenhower because he realized that -- without a doubt -- one day there would be systematic attempts to deny this Mass Murder. 2) This was not just Mass Murder, but Genocide on an industrialized scale with industrialized methods. (The Nazi's first tried shooting thousand by firing squads, then dumping the bodies into mass graves.
