Synopsis
After being hit by rustlers, a group of Montana ranchers asks the governor to send state rangers for protection. State Ranger Rocky Lane becomes involved in a mystery surrounding a gang of horse rustlers and a young rancher who is blamed falsely for a killing. Lane helps uncover the real killers and unmasks the ringleader of the rustlers.

Allan Lane rides back and forth, thinks a bit and runs down some nasty horse rustlers. Lane's handsome and no great actor - he can ride a horse, fight and is quick on the draw - that covers it for personality. Myron Healey (Steve Bauer( is the center of attention with a decent performance as a conflicted horse rancher who everyone thinks is a killer and gets sucked in by the deceitful bad guy. Claudia Berrett os okay as the obligatory beauty in this western. IMDb tell us she had a longish career between 1949-64 appearing in 70 films and 1 more in 2019.
