Thanks to Simon, I am now able to watch Part I of this startling ramble of what made Metropolitan Insurance so great, come 1947. Luckily, we find out who is speaking, The President of the company, Leroy Lincoln! OK, that was exciting.. Mr Lincoln, if you can imagine it, speaks like the counsellor in South Park, without the mmmkays though, so you can say his manner of speaking is quite BORING. The only thing that might make this film worthwhile is that shots outside of the studio, where we see some communities springing up, some slums, and some new 'modern' housing (love the drapes in the…
