Synopsis
Losing a barroom brawl, the unconscious Gibson and Kendall are put on a train heading west where they get jobs on Ware's ranch. There they get involved with Ware's fight against Stark, the man who just happens to be the crooked partner of Gibson's father.

Hoot Gibson plays the spoiled rich, Rodeo cowboy/wastrel son (supposedly) of Oscar Apfel in this comedic little film that takes place in 1935 Colorado. In only his second picture back after nearly being killed in a plane crash, Gibson seems hail and hardy and on his feet with no loss of sense of humor that endeared him to his many fans. This film is also one of the best pictures he made for the First Division Company and Walter Futter's Diversion Pictures over a two year period. This Hoot Gibson vehicle is quite significantly low on action and very high on talk. Oh sure, there are SOME action sequences, but it seems to me that this story was too chit-chatty and something NEEDED to be happening, especially in a low rent Western such as this. When Gibson and his pal are dumped in a train after a wild night of celebrations after Hoot wins a rodeo, they wind up in a one horse town.
