The IMDB review doesn't begin to tell the story. This is a really good movie - the special effects weren't as slick as they would be today, but they're good enough. Richard Boone gave a fantastic performance, and the story was great.

This is a very good movie that has been overlooked, very possibly due to the quality of the special effects. However, personally I think the FX are fine, largely because the story kept me involved and the 'extravaganza' parts became less captivating. Everyone should watch this movie.

I've heard about this movie for decades. 52-year-old dinosaur enthusiast who never outgrew his love. I never saw this. I saw "Baby," which is similar, I guess. Also "The Land Time Forgot" with Patrick Wayne. Right away I was struck by the arrogance of Boone's character. Loving sitting back eating pizza and watching a cheesy 70's movie. This is an excellent transfer.
