I hesitate to call Jack Schwarz a schlock, bottom of the barrel producer only because in the ten or so years he produced films a few of his "B" productions had merit. This is not one of them. Frances Kavanaugh's and Bob Tansey's take on the Tarzan/Bomba The Jungle Boy franchise is almost completely without merit of any kind. Don C. Harvey was a good actor but has nothing to do but mostly stand around while narration in his head is heard on the sound track or he's doing reaction shots while watching too many wild animal cut-ins.
