There's lots to like and lots to dislike in this film. The dislike refers to Keene's penchant for smiling from ear to ear after knocking down or killing a bad guy - not exactly the actions of a gov't agent involved in a deadly shootout - but, say its all good fun, hey?: to the childish, insipid humor that poor Frank Yaconelli (Pierre La Fair) is called on to dish out all too often - even in the midst of the final gun battle; and the excessive riding to nowhere, especially to show off Sugar Dawn's expertise.
