The Texas Rangers, here Dave O'Brien, James Newhill and Guy Wilkerson help out an old friend of Wilkerson's and other ranchers from being swindled out of their land. Its a typical plot pitting the honest ranchers against a deceitful, thieving lawyer, who has pretended to be everyone's friend, a new crooked land surveyor and a tough gang of enforcers. Budd Buster does a nice job as the old, addled former Confederate soldier aided by his charming daughter Jennifer Holt. In the course of the film we get songs by each of the Rangers with guitar accompaniment on one of them, evidently, by Holt.…
