Synopsis
In "Her Secret" (aka "The Girl from Georgia" in the UK in 1934 when shown there)Johnny, the son of a rich-man, is an idling, good-for-nothing loafer, who leads a wild-and-hectic life, flunks out of college, and is disinherited and made to leave home by his father, who has given up on his on in despair. Johnny opens a gas-station in Arizona, where "Waffles,", a girl from Georgia, takes him in hand and employs her own methods of reformation with astonishing and fruitful results.

Sari Maritza is very pretty - that covers the good points of this silly story. Her Georgia accent is atrocious and laughable - maybe the only thing to laugh about in this movie. I could only watch half of it - I would suggest passing on it altogether. As an historical note from IMDb, Sari Maritza was born in China to British parents and educated all over Europe. She quit the movie business after 4 years and 12 films, candidly admitting in an interview that she was quitting films because she realized she couldn't act .
