Synopsis
Tex and his pals join the Rangers to fight rustlers along the border. When Doc and Pee Wee get framed for rustling and then jailed, Tex deserts the Rangers, crosses the border, and joins up with the outlaw gang hoping somehow to clear his pals.

Talk about comedy horse operas - this is a decent western - well 20 minutes of it anyway - when Ritter and pals aren't singing, or the whole Ranger group aren't singing while blithely trotting off to battle or Ritter is not performing a duet with operatic style voiced Louise Stanley (Louise Rogers) or doing a closing foursome. A good part of the rest is devoted to the very unfunny antics of the very inappropriately cast as Rangers, fat wheezy voiced Horace Murphy and Snub Pollard, whose mustache is bigger than he is.
