An enjoyable, if typical, western based on the how do we get evidence to convict these guys principle. Along the way there is lots of exciting rodeo footage - if you fond steer roping, bronco busting and the like exciting - from somewhere. The film is all about Tex Ritter, who sings some songs along the way to getting the bad guys, and Rita Cansino (later Rita Hemingway), who looks great, acts okay, and does a nice, sort of seductive dance. Earl Dwire conveys just enough evil to be a convincing gang leader. And Horace Murphy as Ritter's sidekick provides the typical broad comic relief. There…
