What a delightful trip into the recent past. I learn a lot about TV and production from watching these episodes. An interesting glimpse into the mind settings and delineations of those years and entertaining to boot.

An adaptation of an Edgar Allen Poe story for TV, features a fine, affecting performance by Lugosi, as he finds that turnabout is fair play. Romney Brent is good as Lugosi's mild-mannered adversary. Worth watching.

This adaptation of Poe's story is not very good. But, Mr. Lugosi does a pretty good job. Especially considering how very ill he was here. Adiction and hard living had taken a toll on him. Ray Walston better known for playing "Uncle Martin" in "My Favorite Martian" and "Luther Bills" in "South Pacific" is in this episode.
