"the disease Acromegaly cannot be transmitted by injection" Acromegaly is the result of a malfunctioning pituitary gland. The scientist could have injected into his victim a chemical that changed a normal pituitary gland into a malfunctioning one. I found that watching what happened to the victim was disturbing, so this movie is quite effective (except for the scenes with the man in the gorilla suit).

As a kid in the Bronx in the late 40's, I had the unfortunate experience of going to the Wakefield Theater on White Plains Rd to see this trash. My brother and I sat thru this phony story (the disease Acromegaly cannot be transmitted by injection) and I was terrorized by nightmares for long after. I searched for the movie online and was able to exorcize the demons. What crap to show children for a Saturday matinee. Did they have no scruples?. Damn them all to hell. Outside of that, have a lovely day!
