Synopsis

In 1934, Director Sam Newfield went to Canada to make a couple of films for Booth/Dominion of Canada. He took along an American camera man as well as Charles Starrett, Adrienne Dore (in her last film) and Wheeler Oakman as well as Canadian Kenne Duncan (who may have been instrumental in getting this made in the first place) and shot a little gem of a Mountie picture. This is it. It was shot in and around Brampton and Erin Ontario using both indoor and outdoor locations to full advantage. Starrett at the top of his game.
