The Lame One plans to assassinate Dick but Moloch is against it. Dick's brother Gordon is under the evil influence of Moloch and is unaware of pretty much everything. Dick has all the witnesses together and Gwen is recording their statements. That's pretty much what's going on except no one was hit when the lights went out and shot were fired. When we left them this time they were all going down in flames, in a building this time. Oh yeah, the comic reliefs have a field day in this episode, one non-funny gag after another.
