It´s always like this.America produces interesting crooks but lame heroes.It has always been like that. Dick Tracy doesn´t stick out.His broher evingly transformed to a bad guy by another evil is an attemt to find the essence of the strips. Put together I think it would be a so so entertaining policemovie with anyone in it.But not much more.But what can one expect.Some fun trinkets like a special plane and a soundwave device.But Istill miss the flying platforms from the strips.
