Synopsis
Planeta Bur ( Planet of Storms ) is a Soviet science fiction film directed by Pavel Klushantsev. The narrative follows a crew of Soviet cosmonauts aboard two spaceships, Sirius and Vega, on a mission to explore Venus. This was the basis for Journey to the Prehistoric Planet (good but odd movie) and Voyage to The Planet of Prehistoric Women which was basically a retelling of JTTPP but from a different POV and starring Mamie van Doren. Watching both is an odd experience indeed. Watch this afterwards to see was used in both movies and for the full actual story.
