Back in 1943,Americans needed a few laughs as World War 2 news was grim. This film mocked the enemy. It is a short comedy of 43 minutes. There is a lot of historical interest. The film pokes fun at all the villains ns Actors play hitler ,mussolini ,goebbels, goering, himmler with comic relish as the good guys triumph. Of course, the plot is complete fantasy.
