Synopsis

Betty's young cousin, Buzzy, takes the train to visit Betty. On the train, she's helpful, in a bratty kind of way, using her chewing gum to stick on a sleeping man's toupee, watering the flowers in a lady's hat, etc. At Betty's house, she sees the boys next door playing marbles and tries to join in; she proves better at things like walking on a fence than the boys, and even fares well with the goat the boys unleash.

Well what to say about this rare Cartoon? its kinda diffrent Betty Boop Recieves a letter which seems to say YELL-A-GRAM, im not sure if thats suppost to be funny or not but anyway she recieves the letter from her 12 year old cousin Buzzy Boop. Which says - Ready or not-here i come, meet me on moon train. your sweet cousin Buzzy Boop So Betty Boop makes some weird sounds like Ooooh Buzzy! then the sequence changes to Buzzy Boop on the train who seems to be getting up to some mischeif. the train stops at moon trainstation...... and for some reason Betty Boops dress blows up in the air to…

At film's opening, there are three musical notes, then silence for the remainder of the film. The description and other reviews seem to indicate there is actually audible sound and dialog, but I heard only those first brief three notes at the beginning.
