The other 3 Starman films were made up of two episodes each, with a single story arc. THIS one was bashed together out of three episodes, each with a seperate story arc. Notice that the disfigured scientist is never in the same scene as the evil brain. The director of the first three movies (six episodes) quit before this one (three) was made, due to being upset because some Darwin Award runner-up made a Starman costume and jumped out a window. Hopefully he crushed his nads and is removed from the gene pool. Four stars for the awfullness of it all. The other three get five.
