Synopsis
Hell's Headquarters is a 1932 American pre-Code "jungle adventure" film directed by Andrew L. Stone and starring Jack Mulhall, Barbara Weeks, and Frank Mayo. Set in contemporary Africa, it portrays the search by an American big-game hunter and others for a large and highly valuable cache of elephant ivory.

Jungle movies of this era are rarely as thrilling and action-packed as they mean to be, and though I strive to look charitably upon it, this one is a bit more of a snoozer than most. Its lack of a comedy relief character keeps it churning along on a pretty steady level, and the fight scenes which are meant to be the peak of the action are a bit farcical. So, if you accept the challenge of this movie be prepared for a hard slog through a Hollywood jungle populated by random film clips of wildlife,extras shouting moola maboola, and a quick cutaway when the action gets too fierce.
