Full of intrigue & romance. Great dialogue & well acted. It is a big disappointment that the last few minutes of the ending are missing, but you can guess it ends happily.

This must be part of a series of O"Brien Films. Frankie Darro Plays "Cupid" or Jimmy what ever he answers too. This is a good movie not as good as " Irish Luck " also available here, Made in 1939 with Darro as Buzzy O'Brien Bell Hop. In Chasing Trouble he's a Flower delivery boy. It's amazing how he and his Side Kick " Jefferson " Played by Mantan Moreland also in Irish Luck, have such cushy jobs. Jefferson just drives Cupid around town delvering flowers and Intrigue. Following Bad Information, leading to wrong conclusions Cupid finely figures out the crime. Fun to watch. I like these Movies…

Funny moments - 1940's humor You'll have to use your imagination at the (missing) end section... The automobiles also make this enjoyable to watch.

Almost six minutes are missing from this damaged print. Lost are most of the ending and some of Mantan's best stuff. Years ago I saw the complete film on 16mm, and thought it was one of Moreland's and Darro's best. Unfortunately the same can't be said for this truncated version.
